Beginner Speed & Agility

  • 60-minute group session

  • Focus on teaching and mastering the basic speed and agility drills and mechanics.

  • 45-Minute Speed & Agility work

​

  • 15-Minute Flexibility work

​

  • Dates/Times/Location- Based on Interest

​

  • $20/session

Novice Speed & Agility

  • 90-Minute group session for young athletes that have done speed and agility work before and are looking to improve.  

​

  • Less focus on teaching the drills, more focus on the mechanics. 

​

  • 60-Minutes of Speed/Agility work

​

  • 15-minutes of Strength/conditioning work

​

  • 15-minutes of Flexibility work 

​

  • Dates/Times/Location- Based on Interest

​

  • $25/session

Advanced Speed & Agility

  • 90-minutes group session for advanced Jr. High athletes, High School athletes, College athletes.

​

  • Coaching is minimal with small corrective cues.  

​

  • Focus on reinforcement of good mechanics with high drill turn-over for high level of conditioning

​

  • 60-minutes Speed and Agility

​

  • 15-minutes Strength/Conditioning

​

  • 15-minutes Flexibility

​

  • Dates/Times/Locations- Based on Interest

  • $25/session
